The Empowerment Division works in the following sections:
COUNSELING CLINIC
Transformative Counseling Services run by Professional Counselors with a Commitment to Care for the Counselee’s Conditions and Needs and to provide accommodating, holistic and comprehensive services based on the values of truth.
COMMUNITY SERVICE
Primary school-age children are fostered both in small groups and large groups through regular meetings. In addition to spiritual mentoring in this meeting also given guidance in the character building, also pray for one another and pray for those around.
The management of this activity is independent of school management. Tutoring is open to the public ranging from elementary school to high school at no charge at all.
Character building and coaching are the main objectives of this activity. The form of activities in large groups and small groups can be lectures, discussions, games, and other activities that are varied in order to achieve the main goal. The development of talent is also done which one of them is to form a band that often also follow the existing competitions.
Parents are given a simple job in an effort to earn extra income. Assistance and guidance is given so that when they already have enough ability hope they can develop their own at home respectively.
Education in schools will not work well and produce quality graduates without parental involvement. This activity is held as a means of communication and discussion both between schools and parents, parents with parents and parents with outsiders who are invited by the school to provide knowledge about educating children properly and correctly. The parents community consists of Mother and Father Communities that regularly and continuously gather together as part of the school parenting program.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Some children who are neglected by their parents can stay with us at the Dormitory. Currently we have Male Dormitory and Female Dormitory.

Every year we organize two free medical mission, General Medicine and Dental Medicine.
As part of the community element, the school in this case the foundation tries to contribute through several social activities that are held, including distributing groceries and parents of students who are experiencing financial difficulties in terms of medical treatment, then we will try to help how far we can provide assistance.
Every child who excel from Pelita Permai School has the opportunity to get scholarship to continue their education to a higher level.
